If interested, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your resume and cover letter in your response. This is a full time position (hourly rate DOE, $15-19/hour), and will include the job tasks listed above for the front office coordinator but also:
-Someone who wants to play a key role in our business as well as in patient’s lives, by performing various administrative and clerical tasks for our clinic and working closely with the owners to help grow the clinic and manage the day in and day out tasks.
-Ability to balance a variety of activities in the office (including managing the front office coordinators, helping at the front office part of the time including checking patients in, answering the phone, collecting money, working with insurance companies, organizing documents, and overall promoting an excellent customer experience)
-Help run clinic stats and oversee patient numbers, oversee invoices and ordering of supplies
-Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills
