-A highly-skilled, detail oriented, and self-motivated worker
-Someone who wants to play a key role in our business as well as in patient’s lives, by performing various administrative and clerical tasks for our clinic and working closely with the owners to help grow the clinic and manage the daily tasks as well as bigger projects.
-Ability to balance a variety of activities in the office (including managing the front office coordinators, filling the role as the front office coordinator including checking patients in, answering the phone, collecting money, working with insurance companies, organizing documents, and overall promoting an excellent customer experience)
-Work with various insurance companies, performing insurance verification of health insurance benefits for physical therapy as well as work on various projects for assisting billing team
-Track and analyze clinic statistics and oversee patient numbers and clinic health
-Oversee payments of invoices and ordering of supplies
-Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills
-Someone who is looking for great growth potential and feeling heard as an integral team member in a small business setting
-The ability to work alongside some of the coolest coworkers out there!
