What is a DPT? It is a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), the highest level of education in our profession. Both of Edge’s owners possess this degree as well as all of the therapists on staff. Additionally, both owners have their board certifications in orthopedics and have extensive clinical and business administrative experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and medical wellness. All of our therapists also have board certifications and have completed a significant number of continuing education courses to bring you the best care available. Edge strives to stay current with cutting edge treatment techniques as this is a crucial part of the company philosophy.

Theresa enjoys getting to know each patient’s story and developing a plan to help them achieve their individual goals. She is also a ski coach with Rippin’ Chix and SheJumps, working mostly with women through camps and private lessons to help develop their skills. An avid trail runner and skier, Theresa can be found playing in the mountains most weekends, often with her husband and her pup.

Dr. Nicole Grant, DPT, OCS
Dr. Nicole Grant has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics since she graduated in 2016 from Washington University in St. Louis. After completing additional training during her orthopedic residency in 2020, Nicole decided to make the move from the cold Minnesota snow lands to the green PNW. Additionally, in 2021, Nicole became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Nicole strongly believes in working with the patient as an active team member in their care to create an individualized plan. Her educational background focuses on analyzing and correcting faulty movement that can lead to injuries. She enjoys treating a wide array of orthopedic impairments, however has a special interest in treating runners and the foot and ankle. Whether it is running your first 5k or wanting to keep up with your grandchildren, she believes in empowering her patients to get back to doing what they enjoy.
In her spare time, Nicole can be found running on the beautiful trails across the PNW, hiking with friends, puzzling, and finding the next great combination to partner with peanut butter.
